The health food industry is booming with new products every day. Some of these products are outrageously unhealthy but are labeled as healthy. We usually buy these products because we are lead to believe we will lose weight or suddenly become ten years younger. Instead, we lose money, and we grow older.

Why not buy a product that is healthy and beneficial? I am not here to sell you anything, just some free knowledge.

I like to eat healthily, but with two toddler boys life can get a little hectic and eating on the run seems to be the norm lately. I w

as looking for a healthy breakfast food that I could quickly eat without having to pre-make or take out the whole damn fridge just to prep.
After extensively searching for the perfect Paleo breakfast for busy moms, I came across a lengthy list of Paleo cereals that I needed to try! I put together my top six based on price, ingredients, and lastly taste.
