  • 2 Peeled Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line an edged baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut sweet potatoes into thin strips. Place in a large bowl and add the rest of your ingredients. Coat sweet potatoes entirely and place on your prepared baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
