Homemade sweet potato chips will change your life. You will never eat another processed, trans fat drenched, super salty chip again.

I can promise you.

This recipe will bring out the natural sweetness to the potato that will satisfy any sweet tooth!

I love making these as a snack, but they go great as a side as well.

They are super easy to make as they only require two ingredients; the sweet potato itself, and coconut oil. (Plus, a little salt and pepper)

You can’t get much simpler than that!

These sweet potato chips are naturally free of grains, gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, tree nuts, legumes, and all things processed.

So enjoy a few or a handful.

Two ingredient paleo and vegan sweet potato chips.

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • Coconut Oil (In Spray Form) As Needed
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Using a mandolin slice sweet potatoes on the thinnest setting leaving the skin on.

  3. Place sliced sweet potatoes onto an oven-safe wire rack. Spray liberally with coconut oil and salt and pepper as desired. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
