I’m on a roll with egg-free breakfast’s this week!
It’s lacking in looks but makes up for it in flavor.
Enjoy this sweet and savory breakfast mash in place of a grain filled bowl of oatmeal.
This sweet potato mash is free of grains, gluten, dairy, eggs, sugar, soy, legumes, and best of all delicious!
Prep this the night before for a quick, healthy breakfast or post work out snack. This dish is loaded with healthy carbs and calories to start your day off right.

Sweet Potato Breakfast Mash

Paleo & Vegan Egg-Free Breakfast.

  • 1 Baked Sweet Potato
  • 1 TBSP Almond Butter
  • Handful Grain-Free Granola
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Remove skin from already baked sweet potato and mash into a bowl. Add in almond butter and heat in the microwave for a minute and thirty seconds. Stir.

  2. Salt and pepper and top with your favorite grain-free granola.

Note: I bake my sweet potatoes in advance at 425 for 50 minutes.
