  • 1 Head Roasted Cauliflower
  • 1/4 Cup Tomate Paste
  • 1 TSP Cumin
  • Handful Cilantro
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Place ingredients in a food processor and blend until everything is combined.

Recipe Notes

To Roast Cauliflower: Preheat oven to 425. Cut cauliflower into medium-sized florets. Coat with EVOO and salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
