Seasoned Carrot Fries

Perfectly seasoned Paleo & Vegan carrot fries.

Ingredients

  • 6 Carrots
  • 2 TBSP EVOO
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Parsley
  • 1 TSP Paprika
  • 1 TSP Cumin
  • 1 TSP Pepper
  • 1/2 TSP Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut carrots into thin strips. Place in a large bowl and add in your seasonings. Coat carrots entirely and place on your prepared baking sheet.

  3. Cook for 25 minutes.
