 I’m cutting back on meat this week and enjoying more leafy greens.
This dish is excellent as is or paired as a side to fancy up your plate.
Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, and Whole30 compliant.
Naturally free of grains, gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, eggs, tree nuts, and legumes.
I added the orange juice to liven up the kale and give it a refreshing taste.
Refresh your taste buds with this easy, fifteen minute, four-ingredient delicious garlic and kale salad!

Hot Garlic & Kale Salad

Eat this for lunch or as a side piece to fancy up any meal time.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 TBSP Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 2 TBSP EVOO
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add EVOO to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in minced garlic and cook until soft.

  2. Rip kale leaves off of their leafy stalk and add to skillet. Add juice from a freshly squeezed orange and cook for 8-12 minutes occasionally stirring until kale is cooked down to the desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
