Nothing beats a freshly made guacamole like this homemade Paleo recipe served up by my amazing husband {the future Paleo Dad of Two}. He’s not totally on board yet, give it some time!!

This dip is loaded with healthy fats and nutrient-dense vegetables that will intoxicate your taste buds, leaving you craving more!

Paleo, Whole30, and Vegan compliant.

This recipe is free of grains, gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, legumes, and tree nuts. Dip your favorite vegetables or Paleo-friendly chips into this freshly made better than store-bought guacamole.


Fresh Paleo Guacamole

Dip or dunk your favorite vegetables or Paleo-friendly chips into a healthy Paleo and Vegan guacamole.

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 Firm Tomato
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Freshly Squeezed Lime
  • 1/2 Optional: Jalapeno
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. In a medium-sized bowl mash avocado until smooth.
  2. Finely dice all vegetables and fold into the avocado.
  3. Add freshly squeezed lime juice and salt to taste.
