I’m always on the hunt for my next meal. Not literally, what I mean is, I love getting creative in the kitchen. I also like saving time and money.
You’ll do just that with my crock pot cabbage roll soup recipe. This dish has some of the ‘cheapest’ yet delectable and beneficial vegetables you can find any time of the year.
Throw this meal together before dropping the kids off at school, and by the time they are ready to be picked up, dinner is done!
Naturally free of gluten, grains, dairy, soy, sugar, legumes, tree nuts, and all things processed.


Crock Pot Cabbage Roll Soup

  • 14.5 oz Can Tomato Sauce
  • 14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 6 oz Can Tomato Paste
  • 2 Carrots Diced
  • 2 Celery Sticks Diced
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Head Cabbage Shredded
  • 1 Large Onion Diced
  • 2 TSP Oregano
  • 2 TSP Garlic powder
  • 1 TSP Paprika
  • 1 TSP Onion Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1/2 TSP Pepper
  • 1/4 TSP Ground Thyme


  1. Place ingredients into crock pot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Top with fresh parsley and diced green onions.
