These are by far the best Paleo pancakes around.
I’m not just saying that as a biased remark either.
These pancakes are quick, easy, delicious, and mess-free.
Naturally free of grains, gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar, legumes, tree nuts, and all things processed.
Add fresh blueberries for yourself, or Enjoy Life’s mini chocolate chips for the kiddos.
Maybe you are a plain Jane or John? You’ll love these flapjacks as is warm and topped with pure maple syrup.
However, you savor your pancakes these will make an excellent addition to your breakfast table.

Coconut Flour Paleo Pancakes

Delicious Paleo homemade coconut flour pancakes the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 TSP Vanilla
  • 1/4 TSP Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat (roughly 375).

  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

  3. Spray skillet with coconut oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet forming pancakes.

  4. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional minute or until golden brown.

Recipe Notes

Note: Add chocolate chips, blueberries, or your favorite tree nut.
