Baked Paleo Salmon Patties w/ Spicy Aioli

{I may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post}.

I’ll be honest before converting to the Paleo life I disliked Salmon, hell, I hated all fish unless it was breaded, fried, and drenched in tartar sauce.
As my lifestyle changed, so did my taste buds. I’ve become more open to trying new things and playing around in the kitchen with different ingredients I usually would not.
Now I love the taste of Salmon, and I can not get enough of it.
But… it is expensive so unless I get a second job, eating Salmon every day is out of the question.
In the meantime, to cut costs on our Salmon consumption, I found canned Salmon that is Paleo approved and Whole30 compliant. >>WILD PLANET NON-GMO WILD ALASKAN PINK SALMON<<
Wild Planet Pink Salmon comes straight from the fresh Alaskan waters, where the fish were sustainably caught by local fishing families and then canned fresh to ensure quality. Each BPA-free can of wild salmon is packed with boneless and skinless fillets, preserved in natural juices, and sealed tight for the best nutritional value and flavor.
Enjoy your patties wrapped in lettuce and topped with a tomato and a homemade spicy aioli or as an appetizer.
Naturally free of grains, gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, legumes, tree nuts, chemicals, and additives.
