Hi, I’m Angela! I started my Paleo journey almost two years ago, and I will never look back. All together I’ve lost 52 pounds just by changing the way I eat and my lifestyle. To me Paleo is not a ‘diet,’ it is a way of transforming yourself without restricting yourself. I am very enthusiastic about being Paleo. When I first started my crazy beautiful Paleo journey, I was a bit lost on what I could or couldn’t eat, so I started experimenting in the kitchen. I decided to start Paleo Mom of Two after realizing Paleo was my passion, and I wanted to share it with others. I am a stay at home mom of two boys (2 and 4) and a super lazy English bulldog, who at times can be worse than my two toddlers. As a mom, we all tend to lose ourselves at some point and we start to question our sanity and our purpose. Living everyday Paleo has become my purpose, and in it, I’ve found my sanity.
I’ve come to the realization everyone should be eating real food. My recipes are Paleo, but they are not limited to just Paleo. I specialize in recipes free of grains, gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, legumes, tree nuts, chemicals, processed, and guilt-free meals. I love turning your everyday comfort food into healthy, delicious alternatives. Every meal is created, made, and tested by me and my taste testing crew. My recipes will give you the ambition you need, to eat healthier, enjoy cooking, and feeling better.
